We have updated our gap year program for young adults, focused on leadership development. Integrated with our CREW program you will live, study and serve together, building real life vocational skills within the invigorating RockRidge Canyon community during our group rental season.
The positions are volunteer, with monthly stipend plus room & board is included. Best suited for college age adults. Work, including local outreach, is estimated at approximately 40 hours a week, which may include weekends, in Guest Services, Food Services, Site and Facilities, Housekeeping and any other department, depending on need. Some tracks may include vocational training and certification opportunities.
