About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our Food Services team in creating memorable dining experiences for groups of 100–400 guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a dedicated culinary team
- Oversee menu planning, food production, purchasing, and cost control
- Develop creative menus for seasonal and special events
- Maintain kitchen safety, cleanliness, and food quality standards
- Collaborate with Guest Services and Dining Hall staff for seamless service
What You Bring
- Experience as a Head Chef, 1st Cook, or Kitchen Manager (resort, camp, or banquet experience an asset)
- Culinary Red Seal or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Strong leadership, time management, and team-building skills
- A passion for hospitality and serving others
- Ability to thrive in a remote, close-knit community
