You have the skills to:
- Plan, prepare, and oversee the production of large-scale, high-quality meals in a remote camp setting.
- Implement and maintain HACCP and Food Safe standards, ensuring the highest levels of food safety and sanitation.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the kitchen team, fostering a respectful and supportive work culture.
- Coordinate batch cooking for efficiency while maintaining variety and quality.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control in a remote logistics environment.
- Adapt menus to seasonal availability and camp requirements.
- Work independently in remote, challenging conditions.
- Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly under all conditions.
